I have a problem...
Instruction.
1.
Place the sailboard across of the wind. Direct the sail downward downwind. Stand on the middle of sailboard, back to a wind. The mastfoot must be between foots. Legs must be on width of shoulders.
2.
Take the uphoul in hands. Deviate the body back slightly and save your balance.
3.
To pull on itself, deviating the body back more strongly and pawing the uphoul by hands often.
4.
Take the boom by stretch front hand beside the mast and pull the rig on itself.
5.
Make one step to the stern of the sailboard by back foot sideways. Take the boom by stretch back hand and pull the sail on itself.
